Senior Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Al Saif Graphics (ASG) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Marketing Specialist to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and support business growth across exhibitions, fit-out, and branding sectors.

The ideal candidate must be a Native Arabic Speaker (Female) with strong experience in marketing within Advertising, Branding, Events, or Construction-related industries. The role requires strategic planning, campaign execution, content development, and close collaboration with sales and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Plan annual marketing calendar including campaigns, events, digital promotions, and corporate branding activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

2. Brand Management & Communication

  • Ensure consistent brand positioning across all communication channels.
  • Develop Arabic and English marketing content including brochures, presentations, proposals, and digital content.
  • Maintain and enhance ASG’s brand identity across exhibitions, client events, and corporate platforms.

3. Digital Marketing & Campaigns

  • Manage digital platforms including website, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media channels.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, social media advertising).
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
  • Coordinate with designers for high-quality visual and video content.

4. Business Development Support

  • Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to support lead generation activities.
  • Prepare marketing materials for client pitches and tender submissions.
  • Support participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.

5. Content Creation & Public Relations

  • Develop engaging Arabic and English content for marketing materials and press releases.
  • Manage corporate communications and public relations initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies when required.

6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track marketing KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports for management review.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently and monitor expenditure.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Creative, Production, and Project teams for marketing collateral development.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and operational capabilities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements

  • Female Candidate (Mandatory)
  • Native Arabic Speaker (Mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in Advertising, Branding, Events, Fit-Out, or Construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Experience in corporate branding and campaign management
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in UAE market
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (Advantage)

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
