Senior Mechanical Estimation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Estimation Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality, competitive MEP tenders across major projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review mechanical estimates, take-offs, and BOQs for tender submissions
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations and evaluate costs
• Ensure accuracy of quantities, rates, and overall pricing
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams
• Support junior estimators and review their work

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP estimation
• Proven data centre project experience (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, take-offs, and local supply chain
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills
