Position: Senior Mechanical & Plumbing Estimator
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore

We are a Houston, Texas-based General Contractor specializing in multiple commercial construction projects across the U.S. We are looking for an experienced Mechanical & Plumbing Estimator to join our Estimation team and support our growing operations with accurate and competitive cost assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical and plumbing systems including HVAC, fire protection, drainage, water supply, and gas piping, based on project drawings and specifications.
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain current pricing and technical inputs.
• Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in line with company and client standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and procurement teams for budgeting and proposal submissions.
• Analyze project documents for accuracy and identify value engineering opportunities.
• Stay informed on market pricing and trends to ensure competitive bids.
• Support cost optimization and risk management efforts.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical and plumbing estimation in the construction or MEP sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred; degrees in Civil Engineering or other relevant fields may also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of US-based estimation standards is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), AutoCAD, and estimation software such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project budgeting and documentation standards.
• Ability to manage workload effectively and meet tight deadlines.
