Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, plan, and manage high-budget ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
- Negotiate rates and secure cost-effective ad placements with vendors and platforms.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution — from audience research and targeting to performance tracking and optimization.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Stay updated on emerging digital media trends, new tools, and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and provide strategic guidance.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of proven experience in digital media buying and ad campaigning.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, media planning, and budget management.
- Proficiency in advertising tools & platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic DSPs).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (preferred).
