Responsibilities



  • Schedule and publish content across all active social media platforms in alignment with the approved content calendar.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics; prepare regular reports highlighting content effectiveness, engagement trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with creative and paid media teams to ensure social media activities are integrated with broader digital marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity; recommend innovative content ideas to enhance user engagement.
  • Support influencer and brand collaboration activities by coordinating content deliverables and ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
  • Submit briefs for social media visuals or short-form videos to the creative team or agency, ensuring content is aligned with objectives.
  • Maintain platform hygiene (e.g., updating bios, links, pinning posts, tagging products where applicable).
  • Monitor influencer-generated content and ensure timely delivery and tagging.
  • Use best practices in captions, hashtags, and tagging to improve visibility and engagement.
