Role Overview
We’re looking for a data-driven, platform-savvy Senior Media Manager who can independently lead large-scale performance campaigns, manage high-value client accounts, and drive measurable business outcomes. This role demands deep expertise across Meta, Google, and full-funnel media planning, along with strong client communication, analytical thinking, and leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities
Media Strategy & Planning

Develop holistic media strategies aligned to brand objectives, funnel stages, and target audiences.

Conduct audience research, competition analysis, benchmark studies, and platform mix recommendations.

Build full-funnel media plans covering awareness, consideration, lead-gen, and conversion objectives.

Craft media investment strategies, pacing plans, and KPI frameworks for measurable success.
Campaign Execution & Optimization

Execute and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, YouTube, Programmatic, and other digital platforms.

Manage large monthly spends while maintaining efficiency across CPAs, ROAS, CPLs, CACs, and retention metrics.

Implement A/B tests, creative-performance testing, audience experimentation, and bid/budget scaling strategies.

Troubleshoot delivery issues, pixel/config errors, conversion tracking challenges, and platform discrepancies.
Performance Analytics & Insights

Build performance dashboards, weekly/monthly reports, and insights-backed recommendations.

Analyze trends across channels, cohorts, creative performance, and customer journeys to optimize the funnel.

Present clear, actionable narratives to clients showing impact, learnings, and next steps.

Identify growth opportunities, automation potential, and new channels/platforms to test.
Client Ownership & Consulting

Act as the performance lead for assigned clients—managing communication, strategy, and results end-to-end.

Simplify complex media and data concepts into business-aligned narratives.

Work closely with brand, creative, content, and tech teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Lead quarterly/annual planning, forecasting, and pitch presentations.
Team Leadership & Collaboration

Mentor and guide junior media executives/managers on planning, execution, and optimization.

Conduct QA checks, provide training, and ensure best practices are followed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams—creative, analytics, content, and strategy—to deliver cohesive outcomes.
What Makes You a Great Fit

3–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in an agency or growth-focused business.

Expert-level understanding of Meta, Google Ads, and full-funnel performance.

Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Sheets/Excel, GA4, Looker/Data Studio, and attribution tools.

Ability to manage large budgets, high-pressure timelines, and multi-platform campaigns.

Confident communicator with the ability to lead client discussions.

Bonus: experience in e-commerce, app marketing, programmatic platforms, or offline-to-online measurement.
