Senior Medical Biller (Multi-Specialty, DME Focus) Office Based

Alpha Billing US is a U.S.-based medical billing and healthcare solutions company with operations managed from Pakistan. We provide medical billing, insurance credentialing, revenue cycle management, virtual assistant, and digital marketing services to healthcare providers in the U.S. We are seeking a Senior Medical Biller with multi-specialty expertise to join our office-based team in Rawalpindi.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing along with exposure to multiple specialties such as cardiology, therapies (physical, occupational, speech), mental health, chiropractic, and general practice. You will handle the end-to-end billing process and occasionally join client-facing calls/meetings with management to provide technical billing expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete revenue cycle: charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, AR follow-ups, denials, and rejections.
• Handle billing for DME and multiple specialties (cardiology, therapies, mental health, chiropractic, general practice, etc.).
• Ensure accurate coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) and compliance with insurance payer rules.
• Work with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurances.
• Generate AR reports and share weekly/monthly updates.
• Participate in client calls/meetings to address technical billing questions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (credentialing, operations) for smooth provider onboarding.
• Maintain detailed billing records and meet performance targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of U.S. medical billing experience.
• Proven expertise in DME billing.
• Multi-specialty experience in at least 3–4 areas (cardiology, therapies, mental health, chiropractic, general practice).
• Strong knowledge of payer portals and clearinghouses.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Kareo, AdvancedMD, Athena, eClinicalWorks).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Must be office-based (Rawalpindi/Islamabad).

Base Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
