Senior MEP Coordinator

The Role

• Coordinate MEP services across all disciplines — HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection — on high-rise projects
• Manage BIM/clash detection processes and drive resolution of coordination issues with all parties
• Review MEP subcontractor shop drawings, submittals, and method statements for compliance
• Chair and attend MEP coordination meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and the client
• Track MEP programme milestones, manage submission registers, and flag risks to the PM team
• Act as the central interface between MEP subcontractors and the main contractor delivery team

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
• 8+ years' experience in MEP coordination, with recent senior-level responsibility
• Currently based in the UAE — no relocation candidates
• UAE main contractor experience is mandatory
• Proven high-rise MEP coordination experience across multiple disciplines
• Proficient in Navisworks, Revit MEP, or equivalent BIM coordination tools
• Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously
