We’re looking for a Senior MERN Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in multi-tenancy, PaaS, and AI integrations to join our remote team.

Compensation

• Salary: PKR 180,000 per month (full-time).
• Commitment: A minimum of 5 months full-time employment is required. After this period, you may continue with us or choose to move on.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop scalable multi-tenant applications using the MERN stack.
• Build PaaS-based systems with tenant isolation, authentication, and RBAC.
• Integrate AI/ML features (LLMs, AI APIs, or ML pipelines) into applications.
• Optimize for scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with product, AI, and DevOps teams.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure coding best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with the MERN stack in production.
• Strong knowledge of multi-tenancy architectures.
• Proven experience with PaaS or SaaS platforms.
• AI integration knowledge (OpenAI, LangChain, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Expertise in REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments.
• Ability to work independently in a night-shift remote setup.

Nice to Have

• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD experience.
• Real-time systems (Socket.io, WebSockets).
• Serverless architecture knowledge.
