About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Mobile Applications Developer to lead the creation and evolution of our mobile platform. You will take ownership of the full development cycle, from initial design concepts to deployment and maintenance. This is a chance to move beyond a standard developer role and become a key contributor, shaping the future of our product in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Architect and build robust, high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android.
• Write and manage a clean, efficient codebase, focusing on scalability and long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate with our product and design teams to transform creative ideas into seamless and functional user experiences.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and conduct performance tuning to ensure our applications are always responsive and reliable.
• Mentor junior developers and help set the technical direction for the team.
• Keep our technology stack modern by exploring and integrating new tools and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the mobile development space.
• Deep expertise in native development (Swift, Kotlin) and a strong command of cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter.
• Experience with a variety of data persistence solutions, including Firebase and SQLite.
• A proven track record of working effectively within Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong desire to collaborate with others.

Education & Compensation

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is preferred.
• Competitive salary with a range up to PKR 100,000, based on your experience and skills.
