Senior Network Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our senior-level company network squad. This role requires expertise in designing, implementing, and securing enterprise-grade networks. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, leadership qualities, and the ability to drive network optimization and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, implement, and maintain complex enterprise network infrastructure.

· Configure and manage routers, switches, access points firewalls, and VPNs.

· Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.

· Implement security policies, access controls, and compliance standards.

· Lead network projects, migrations, and upgrades.

· Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.

Troubleshoot complex Layer 2/3 network issues and provide advanced support.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

· 5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering.

· Expertise in routing, switching, and firewall technologies (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper).

· Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, VPN).

· Proficiency in enterprise wireless, load balancing, and network segmentation.

· Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

· Relevant certifications related to Cisco, Unify or other vendors strongly preferred.
