Resilience & Security
- Maintain configuration backups, templates, and failover designs for core and distribution layers.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity to enforce segmentation, NAC, firewall rules, and Zero Trust principles.
- Implement and regularly test network DR, redundancy, and failover procedures.
- Enforce change control and documentation standards aligned with PMI based methodologies.
- Own the network roadmap - optimizing switching capacity, Wi Fi performance, and UPS scalability as business demand grows.
- Conduct quarterly capacity planning, risk assessments, and performance reviews.
- Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and training to junior network engineers and support teams.
Technical Profile Required Knowledge & Experience
