Duties & Responsibilities

Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions based on Cisco/Aruba products and technologies.

Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase different solutions.

Answer technical questions and address customer concerns during the sales process.

Design and architect solutions that meet customer requirements.

Develop Bill of Materials (BOM), high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD), and technical proposals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.

Provide technical support during the proof-of-concept (POC) and evaluation phases.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product management, and post-sales support, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
-
Create and maintain detailed documentation of proposed solutions.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Communication / Electronics / Computer Engineering preferred).

4-6 years of experience in a Network Pre-Sales role.

In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, including routing, switching, and wireless.

Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with network design and planning tools (e.g., Ekahau, IRIS Intange, Cisco CCW).

Ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with modern architecture such as SD-WAN, SD-Access, ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) is a plus

Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
