Senior Network & Systems Technician (Certified Candidates Only)

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced and certified IT Technician to manage servers, networks, and cloud systems.

No degree required – but you must have professional certifications and real hands-on experience in managing Microsoft, networking, or security environments.

Main Responsibilities

• Daily management of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs.
• Maintain Azure Cloud / Microsoft 365 accounts / Intune devices.
• Configure and monitor Routers, Switches, Firewalls (Cisco, Mikrotik, Fortinet).
• Manage VMware / Hyper-V virtual machines and backup systems.
• Automate simple admin tasks with PowerShell or Bash.
• Monitor servers and networks using Grafana, Zabbix, or PRTG.
• Ensure data protection and endpoint security.
• Support 2nd & 3rd Level user and infrastructure issues.

(You should have at least 4–5 of these certificates; more is better.)

• AZ-104 – Azure Administrator Associate
• AZ-800 / AZ-801 – Windows Server Hybrid Administrator
• MD-102 – Modern Desktop Administrator
• SC-300 – Identity & Access Administrator
• SC-100 – Cybersecurity Architect Expert
• MS-900 – Microsoft 365 Fundamentals

Network & Infrastructure

• Cisco CCNA (Network Associate)
• CompTIA Network+
• CompTIA Security+
• VMware VCP-DCV (Data Center Virtualization)
• Fortinet NSE 4 (Firewall Administrator)
• Mikrotik MTCNA (Network Associate)
• Juniper JNCIA-Junos
• AWS SysOps Administrator – Associate
• Red Hat RHCSA (Linux Admin)
• ITIL 4 Foundation (Service Management)
• CEH – Certified Ethical Hacker (optional plus)

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years practical experience in IT Support, Network, or System Administration.
• Good understanding of Windows, Network Devices, Cloud Basics, and Security Tools.
• Can communicate in English and Urdu (basic English fine).
• Able to work independently and solve technical issues quickly.
