Senior Officer Human Resource - Generalist KARACHI

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations related to the employee lifecycle using SAP and other systems.
  • Coordinate and track training and development needs; maintain the annual training calendar. Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR policies and standards.
  • Prepare and manage HR reports and data dashboards for strategic planning and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Handle additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

Education, Experience & Skills:

  • The candidate must have Master’s in Business Administration in Human Resource from HEC recognized University.
  • Have at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Human Resource Department.
  • Proficient in data management and MS Office, with hands-on experience in SAP will be considered as an advantage.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to coordinate tasks efficiently.
