Senior Operations Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage maintenance operations.

· Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for fire protection systems.

· Ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations, client satisfaction, and quality standards.

· Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.

· Provide technical expertise to resolve complex maintenance issues.

· Ensure compliance with NFPA, Civil Defense regulations, and other international fire safety standards.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for seamless operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

· Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Fire Protection Systems maintenance.

· Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.

· In-depth knowledge of NFPA, Civil Defense codes, and international fire safety standards.

· Proven ability to manage large maintenance contracts and multiple teams.
