## **Key Responsibilities**
### **System Strategy & Ownership**
Act as the primary owner and subject matter expert for Oracle NetSuite
Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the NetSuite ecosystem
Establish and enforce governance, security policies, and user access controls
Evaluate new NetSuite features and releases for strategic adoption
Conduct regular system audits and health checks for optimization
### **Solution Design & Architecture**
Translate complex business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions
Architect configurations for multi-subsidiary and multi-currency operations
Design and implement advanced workflows, custom records, and dashboards
Lead integration design with CRM, eCommerce, banking, and third-party systems
Manage complex data migration and transformation projects
### **Development & Customization**
Develop, test, and deploy SuiteScript (1.0/2.0/2.1) to extend functionality
Build sophisticated saved searches, reports, and KPI dashboards
Customize forms, fields, and records to meet evolving business needs
Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual processes
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced system issues and performance bottlenecks
### **Implementation & Project Leadership**
Lead NetSuite projects including new module implementations and upgrades
Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements to post-go-live support
Coordinate with Oracle NetSuite support and implementation partners
Create and maintain comprehensive technical and user documentation
Conduct training sessions for super-users and departmental teams
### **Business Partnership & Communication**
Partner with finance, operations, and sales teams to understand operational needs
Communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders
Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on system capabilities
Manage stakeholder expectations with clear, professional communication
Match communication pace and tone to various audience levels effectively
### **Team Leadership & Mentorship**
Mentor junior administrators and develop team capabilities
Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues
Establish best practices and standards for system usage
Foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team
## **Required Qualifications**
### **Experience**
5+ years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite administration experience
2+ years in a Senior Administrator role with strategic responsibility
Experience with multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environments
Full lifecycle implementation or major upgrade experience
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
**Oracle NetSuite Administrator Certification** (current or previous)
### **Technical Skills**
Expert knowledge of NetSuite core modules and customization
Advanced SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics capabilities
Proven SuiteScript development experience
Integration expertise with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
Data migration and management proficiency
Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes

Additional NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer)
Experience with Advanced Revenue Management or SuiteBilling
Knowledge of OpenAir (PSA), WMS, or manufacturing modules
Experience in consulting or partner environments
Background in specific industries (tech, manufacturing, retail, services)
