Job Description: Appicoders Inc is looking for an Senior ORM Specialist to join our Marketing Team.

Key responsibilities:
✓ Monitor and respond to customer reviews/feedback across platforms.
✓ Develop strategies to improve ratings and sentiment.
✓ Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure consistent communication.
✓ Track performance and prepare monthly reports on reputation KPIs.
✓ They can actively manage and respond to customer reviews on Google, Facebook, and other B2B platforms.
✓ Monitor brand mentions and sentiment across online channels.
✓ Handle negative feedback quickly to protect and improve our brand perception.
✓ Build consistent positive visibility and credibility for the brand.Competencies Required:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
