Senior Patient Support Services Manager

Job Summary

GigaTech Hub Integrated Solutions is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Patient Support Services Manager to oversee patient support operations, service coordination, and customer care initiatives across the organization.

This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys improving patient experiences, leading service-focused teams, and managing operational workflows in a fast-paced healthcare support environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high-quality patient service standards, strengthening operational efficiency, and supporting positive healthcare support experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily patient support and customer service operations
  • Manage patient relations activities and service coordination workflows
  • Supervise support teams and monitor operational performance
  • Handle escalated patient concerns and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Support appointment coordination, patient communication, and administrative workflows
  • Monitor service quality and identify opportunities to improve patient experience
  • Collaborate with operational departments to maintain efficient support services
  • Prepare operational reports, patient support summaries, and performance updates for leadership
  • Support onboarding, coaching, and operational training activities for support staff
  • Maintain accurate patient service documentation and operational records
  • Improve operational procedures related to patient support and customer experience
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across healthcare support operations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in patient services, healthcare support operations, customer service leadership, or hospitality management
  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Excellent organizational and operational coordination abilities
  • Experience managing customer-facing workflows and support operations
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Professional and service-oriented approach to patient support
  • Experience with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and operational reporting tools preferred
  • Degree or diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
