Responsibilities

- Conduct organizational assessments and recommend restructuring initiatives.
- Improve cross-functional collaboration and communication models.
- Support change management during transformation programs.
Organizational & People Governance

Process Excellence & Optimization
- Analyze, map, and redesign end-to-end business processes.
- Implement process governance frameworks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish process KPIs and performance monitoring dashboards.
- Ensure integration between people structures and process workflows.
Transformation & Business Management Support
- Support enterprise transformation initiatives through people and process alignment.
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to define operating standards.
- Identify gaps in process maturity and implement corrective action plans.
- Promote best practices in business management and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 11+ years of experience in Organizational Design, Business Process Management, or Enterprise Transformation.
- Strong expertise in operating model development and workforce alignment.
- Experience leading process reengineering initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams in complex organizations
