Senior Performance Analyst

Job Summary

The Senior Performance Analyst analyzes trends, creates visual reports, and identifies improvement opportunities. They model scenarios for forecasts using tools like SQL, Tableau, and Excel, with Python as a plus. The role involves collaborating with teams to provide data insights.

Responsibilities

• Assist, take forward and influence the strategy as determined by the head of performance analysis, including data implementation.
• Inputting performance forecasts and targets for business cases through scenario modeling.
• Proactively share knowledge and promote a data-driven culture, as a leader in the community.
• Understand and help teams to apply a range of techniques to analyze data and provide insight.
• Lead the development of performance measurement frameworks including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Develop advanced SQL queries and dashboards.
• Own performance projects to enhance the company KPIs.
• Lead assigned performance associates and analysts.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience in technical data analysis
• Experience in Tableau, Power BI or any data visualization tool is required
• Microsoft Excel, SQL, Google Spreadsheets Efficiency is required
• Very good attention to detail
• Willingness to go the extra mile and can do attitude
