Senior Performance Creative Strategist (Remote)

We are a fast-moving marketing agency seeking a data-driven, highly creative Senior Performance Creative Strategist. If you only care about "aesthetic storytelling" or basic organic social media likes, this is not the role for you. We need someone obsessed with buyer psychology, conversion metrics, and fixing underperforming ad accounts for our clients.

You will be the bridge between data and content. You will mine competitor data, analyze drop-off curves, script high-converting ads, and use a mix of traditional editing and cutting-edge AI video tools to build, test, and iterate winning ad concepts for TikTok, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), and YouTube Shorts.

We already have a dedicated video editing team, but you must possess the technical skills to quickly spin up your own concepts, test hooks, and deploy angles independently.

Schedule & Working Hours:

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday.
  • Includes a 1-hour break.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Competitive Intelligence: Master tools like Foreplay, Meta Ads Library, and TikTok Creative Center to reverse-engineer winning angles from top-performing competitors.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze post-launch creative data to understand why an ad is winning or losing. You must know the exact structural difference between fixing a Hook Rate problem vs. a Hold Rate problem.
  • Rapid Scripting & Frameworks: Develop and write psychology-backed ad scripts with varying hooks, problem-aware angles, and CTAs.
  • AI & Hybrid Production: Utilize tools like HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and Captions alongside standard editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro) to rapidly scale creative variations and beat ad fatigue without constant manual re-shoots.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing or designing creative for paid social ad spend. You must be able to show a portfolio of vertical video ads and understand the directional stats/ROAS improvements behind them.
  • Mastery of short-form direct-response hooks and direct-response marketing principles.
  • Deep knowledge of the performance creative tool stack (AI avatar/audio suites, editing tools).

  • Show us how your brain works. Imagine we have a home improvement client looking to generate local leads for Impact Windows & Storm Shutters. Homeowners usually scroll right past boring ads. Give us just one creative hook concept (either written out in a few sentences or a quick video/Loom link) that you would use to stop the scroll and grab a homeowner's attention.
