Job Title: Business Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development & Cold Caller to join our team and work with our U.S.-based healthcare call center client. The ideal candidate will focus on top-of-funnel outreach by engaging prospects through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS to generate qualified leads and appointments. This is a performance-driven role with a target of 10+ quality leads per month, strictly focused on relationship building and appointment setting — no closing required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to healthcare businesses and prospects across the U.S.
  • Engage leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up texts.
  • Schedule qualified appointments and product walkthroughs for the senior sales team.
  • Understand client needs and effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records with call notes and lead status updates.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs, including monthly lead and appointment goals.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to improve outreach messaging and targeting strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, outbound calling, or call center sales.
  • Native American accent (essential).
  • Exceptional English communication skills — verbal, written, and conversational.
  • Strong ability to handle high-pressure environments and use persuasive techniques.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing strategies, and CRM tools.
  • Professional, motivated, and highly dependable.
