Senior Performance Marketer

Zing Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated Senior Performance Marketer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to lead and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms while driving measurable business growth and brand performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage digital marketing and social media operations, including content planning, publishing, optimization, and distribution across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms
• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns focused on increasing sales, customer engagement, and brand awareness
• Maintain and strengthen Zing’s online presence while ensuring consistent brand messaging and customer interaction
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and platform insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI
• Establish KPIs and ensure the achievement of performance-driven marketing objectives
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality content, including product photography, fashion shoots, promotional videos, and advertising creatives
• Stay updated with industry trends in fashion, fragrances, and digital marketing to keep campaigns innovative and competitive
• Monitor customer feedback, online reviews, and overall brand reputation across digital channels

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads
• Proven expertise in performance marketing with a strong focus on conversions, lead generation, and revenue growth
• Experience in content creation, social media copywriting, and campaign management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance
• Creative and strategic mindset with excellent communication and storytelling abilities
• Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of fashion, lifestyle branding, and consumer purchasing behavior
• Previous experience with clothing brands, perfumes, or product-based businesses will be considered a strong advantage
