Role Overview

Rank Arrow is seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer who can independently manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns. This role requires someone who understands performance marketing deeply and can turn data into profitable decisions.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling budgets, improving campaign efficiency, and consistently achieving strong return on ad spend (ROAS).

What You Will Do

• Create full-funnel paid advertising strategies from awareness to conversion
• Manage and scale campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Control daily budgets and ensure cost-effective spending
• Optimize campaigns based on data insights and performance trends
• Test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve results
• Identify scaling opportunities and reduce wasted ad spend
• Analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.)
• Coordinate with designers and copywriters for high-converting ad creatives
• Stay updated with advertising platform policies and algorithm changes

What We Expect

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience
• Strong understanding of paid traffic funnels and performance marketing
• Experience handling multiple ad accounts and budgets
• Proven success in scaling campaigns profitably
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
