Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

About the Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a courtroom-proven litigator with a passion for

justice and a drive to excel in high-stakes personal injury litigation.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage a heavy litigation docket specializing in complex personal injury cases.

● Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and jury trials as lead counsel.

● Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial briefs.

● Develop case strategies and oversee matters from intake through resolution.

● Collaborate with paralegals, litigation support staff, and attorneys.

Requirements

● Licensed and in good standing with the New York Bar (Texas license a strong

plus).

● 4+ years of litigation and trial experience in personal injury law.

● Proven success in complex personal injury litigation.

● Strong oral advocacy, negotiation, and trial presentation skills.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

Preferred Qualifications

● First-chair jury trial experience.

● Federal court licensure and/or appellate experience.

● Multi-jurisdiction litigation experience.

● Bared in NY, TX bar admission is a a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
