About the Role:
Tech Bridge Consultancy is looking for a Senior PHP Laravel Developer with 4–6 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about coding, well-versed in Laravel development, and possesses strong English communication skills to collaborate with international clients and teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel framework.
• Write clean, secure, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize applications for maximum performance.
• Design and maintain databases, ensuring high availability and data integrity.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services (e.g., Google, Facebook, Stripe).
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of web development experience with PHP, Laravel, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and XML.
• Solid experience in database design, SQL, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented and procedural PHP.
• Proven experience in building and consuming REST APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset.
• Outstanding English communication skills (both verbal & written) with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills):

• Experience with React or Joomla will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment processes.
