About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Planning & Project Controls Engineer to lead the planning and controls function for the Red Sea Utilities Project. This role is central to Phase-1 execution and future expansion, driving robust schedule management, risk forecasting, and performance tracking across complex EPC packages including solar farms, BESS, RO plants, WWTPs, district cooling, substations, and SCADA integration.

What You’ll Do

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain integrated master schedules in Primavera P6; align WBS with execution strategy and ensure schedule realism across engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Performance Monitoring: Lead EVM implementation, KPI dashboards, S-curve reporting, and monthly progress reviews.
• Risk & Delay Analysis: Manage risk registers, conduct forensic schedule analysis, and support claims/delay assessments.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, and senior leadership; provide planning insights for BAC and board reporting.
• Digital Integration: Utilize Power BI, SAP-PM, and CMMS for data-driven reporting; support digital handover readiness (asset tagging, manuals, 3D models).

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 12+ years’ experience in planning & controls on large EPC or infrastructure projects.
• Strong command of Primavera P6 , Power BI, SAP-PM, and forensic delay analysis.
• Background in giga-projects or multi-utility environments highly valued.
• Certifications such as PMP or PMI-SP preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
