Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer with strong expertise in roads and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring project progress, and supporting project controls to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent software
• Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and progress reports
• Monitor project progress and identify delays, risks, and mitigation measures
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure schedule compliance
• Analyze productivity, resource allocation, and critical path activities
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients
• Support claims, extensions of time (EOT), and delay analysis when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in roads and infrastructure development projects
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and project control techniques
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects in Qatar or GCC is preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
