Senior Planning Engineer

Core Responsibilities

Project Planning:

Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget estimates.

Schedule Management:

Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using tools like Gantt charts and the Critical Path Method (CPM).

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays and disruptions.

Progress Monitoring:

Track project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and propose corrective actions to keep the project on schedule.

Resource Coordination:

Ensure efficient allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials to support project activities.

Stakeholder Communication:

Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and other professionals to ensure alignment and cooperation.

Reporting:

Prepare and present project reports, updates, and presentations to management and clients.

Compliance:

Ensure that projects comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
