Senior PMO Analyst - Venue Technology

📌 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO Analyst to join our Venue Technology team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of our venue technology projects, from management and operations to maintenance processes. The ideal candidate will provide sharp analytical insights to monitor and enhance project delivery, optimize resource utilization, and minimize system interruptions. You will be responsible for generating comprehensive reports, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring alignment across all teams. A key aspect of this position is managing vendor performance and monitoring SLAs for critical venue systems like building management and AV/ELV solutions. You will also coordinate technological requirements for events, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. This role is crucial for enhancing risk management, controlling budgets, and increasing the availability of our state-of-the-art venue technology services. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of our operations and the overall stakeholder experience.

🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

▸ Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience in the Information Technology sector.

▸ Mandatory professional fluency in both Arabic and English.

▸ Proven experience in Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies and practices.

▸ Expertise in IT Venue Technology Operations, including building management systems (BMS), AV, or ELV solutions.

▸ Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.

▸ Demonstrated experience in resource forecasting, capacity planning, and utilization management.

▸ Strong skills in financial oversight, including budget monitoring and cashflow alignment.

▸ Experience in managing third-party vendors and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

✨ 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀:

▸ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

▸ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

▸ Experience working in large-scale event management or public venue environments.

▸ Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project or JIRA.

▸ Experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks.
