We are looking for Senior Oracle PMO Lead Consultant who will be responsible for driving and overseeing the end-to-end governance, planning, and execution of a large-scale ERP transformation program.
This will be a 1 year-renewable contract based in Doha, Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the PMO function for the ERP transformation initiative, setting up and maintaining proactive project governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies.

Oversee program planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budget tracking, and risk and issue management across multiple workstreams.

Monitor program performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Facilitate cross-functional coordination between business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables.

Provide strategic oversight and support to project managers, ensuring effective tracking, reporting, and escalation of key issues.

Manage executive-level stakeholder communications, including preparation of dashboards, status reports, and steering committee presentations.

Drive continuous improvement in program management practices and tools to enhance delivery efficiency.

Ensure compliance with organizational governance policies and PMO best practices.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 12+ years of total experience, including substantial experience in program or project management roles.

Proven experience leading large-scale, complex transformation programs, preferably in enterprise technology (ERP, digital transformation, etc.).

ERP implementation experience (hands-on delivery lead role) is highly desirable, though not mandatory.

Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and risk control frameworks.

Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

PMP certification required (PgMP or equivalent certifications are a plus).
