Senior Presales Engineer

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

Provide comprehensive technical support to customers, resolving issues both remotely and onsite.

Conduct product training sessions for customers, system integrators (SI), and end-users.

Lead POC/IOT activities at customer locations to meet project requirements.

Design wireless solutions through predictive heatmaps and site surveys.

Engage with customers, system integrators, and end-users, collaborating with the sales team to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Deliver hands-on workshop training to customers and system integrators.

Design Bills of Quantities (BOQ) as per heatmap or equivalent brand solutions.

Collaborate closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers' business requirements.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞:

POC at customer sites, product training, heatmap design, BOQ creation, techno-sales meetings, R&D coordination, and technical support.

Demo at events/customer locations, product training, BOQ designing, R&D coordination, and technical support.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering

Strong understanding of networking products and WIFI technologies

Must be willing to take a drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations

5+ years of experience in presales, technical support, or a related role

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Must be located in commutable distance to Cairo, Alex Or Red See Area Egypt
