Job Summary:

  • Deliver a high-quality commercial distribution channel between the customer and FSL by distributing products and services that encourage customer success
  • Focus on customer needs and respond to inquiries efficiently within stated guidelines
  • Proactively address customer complaints and queries to ensure resolution
  • Use E-Freight Suite to track customer transactions and interactions
  • Manage both new and existing customer accounts, including upselling opportunities
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with account customers via calls, emails, and quality follow-ups
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure service efficiency
  • Raise invoices aligned with company objectives and delivery deadlines
  • Escalate consistent or recurring system functionality issues
  • Assist management with special projects and support the team manager when required
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned
  • Secure relevant direct sales opportunities and initiate contact with potential and current customers
  • Highlight product benefits to customers to generate interest
  • Identify organizational decision makers and engage them in sales conversations
  • Generate leads through cold calling while adhering to DNC guidelines
  • Transfer qualified leads and appointment details to sales representatives
  • Conduct follow-up calls with interested customers
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide information on products and services
  • Emphasize product features and quote pricing clearly
  • Maintain exceptional service standards and strong product knowledge
