Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant – Data & Analytics – Managed Services Lead for Production Support
Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Managed Services Lead with extensive experience in managing data and analytics platforms both on premises and in the cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge in at least two of the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and a proven track record in designing and managing 24x7 production support services.
Manage and oversee data and analytics platforms across on-premises and cloud environments.
Ensure 24x7 production support, including incident management, enhancements, deployments, user requests, and testing.
Design and implement robust support processes and procedures.
Drive continuous improvement through automation to enhance efficiency and team throughput.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of Leads, support engineers and analysts.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Extensive experience in managing data and analytics platforms.
Strong hands-on knowledge in at least two of the following cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
Proven experience in designing and managing 24x7 production support services.
Strong incident management, enhancement, deployment, user request, and testing skills.
Experience in driving improvements through automation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer).
Experience with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
Knowledge of machine learning and AI technologies.
