Position Summary:

Al-Haadi Mobilya is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Executive to lead and manage procurement activities for raw materials, components, and services required for furniture manufacturing. The ideal candidate will ensure timely sourcing, cost-effective purchasing, and strong vendor relationships, while maintaining quality and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely availability of required materials.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors.
• Coordinate with design, production, and warehouse teams to align procurement with production needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and generate purchase orders accordingly to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
• Ensure quality checks and compliance with required specifications before approving purchases.
• Track and analyze procurement KPIs, costs, and vendor performance for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, deliveries, and vendor contracts.
• Stay updated with market trends, material availability, and cost fluctuations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in the furniture, interior, or manufacturing sector.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sourcing needs simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of furniture materials, hardware, and fittings.
• Familiarity with import processes and documentation (if applicable).
• Experience in cost control and procurement budgeting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
