Position: Senior Procurement Engineer – Fit-Out
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: Up to SAR 20,000 (All-Inclusive)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Procurement Engineer to lead procurement operations for interior fit-out projects. The role requires managing the full procurement lifecycle while ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and purchase order execution
• Identify, assess, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for project materials and services
• Align procurement plans with project schedules and budget requirements
• Coordinate with project teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while monitoring vendor performance
• Control procurement costs and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10–12+ years of procurement experience in fit-out or construction projects
• Strong expertise in negotiation, sourcing, and vendor management
• Solid understanding of procurement processes and contract administration
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqamah
