Senior Procurement Manager

We're looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing and supplier management functions. If you’re strategic, data‑driven, and passionate about building strong supplier partnerships, this role is for you.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement strategy

• Manage supplier relationships and performance

• Drive cost optimization and contract negotiations

• Ensure compliance, quality, and on‑time delivery

• Mentor and lead a high‑performing procurement team

🔹Requirements:

• 8–12 years of procurement experience with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.

• Strong negotiation & vendor management skills

• Experience with sourcing, contracts & ERP systems

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Mandatory)

• Master’s degree or certifications (CIPS, CPSM, PMP) preferred
