Job Title: Procurement Assistant

Job Summary:
Cityway Facilities Management is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to support our procurement team. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills and basic knowledge of estimation to assist in managing purchase requests, maintaining accurate records, and supporting vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing purchase requests and purchase orders.
  • Enter and maintain procurement and estimation data accurately in internal systems.
  • Maintain and update vendor and supplier records.
  • Assist in cost estimation for procurement and project-related requirements.
  • Track inventory levels and support stock management.
  • Generate reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for management review.
  • Support the procurement team with administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, supply chain, or related field is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry systems.
  • Basic knowledge of estimation and cost analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering data.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
