📍 Position Details

• Role: Senior Procurement Officer
• Location: Egypt – Greek Campus
• Employment Type: Offshore, Full-Time
• Salary: 32000 EGP (Net)

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage procurement activities for food & beverage and FMCG categories.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to forecast demand.
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports, highlighting cost savings and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align procurement with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs.
• Supervise and mentor junior procurement staff, providing guidance and training.
• Support audits and ensure transparent procurement practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of procurement experience, preferably in Food & Beverage or FMCG industries .
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent English communication skills (formal written and verbal).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
