Senior Procurement Specialist

What you will do:

• Engage and validate stakeholder business needs/requirements, and conduct sourcing activities in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that meet the company's requirements
• Analyze and track procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Negotiate vendor contracts and follow up the Contracts Performance Quarterly
• Monitoring and reporting on supplier performance and budget savings as per spend categories
• Take responsibility for CAPEX deals from budget monitoring & purchasing.
• Providing solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing
• Receive purchase Requisitions from different departments
• Execution of delivery orders until the delivery is complete.

What you will need:

• 3-5 years of experience in indirect procurement
• Experience in Purchasing indirect items ( CAPEX,OPEX,IT,Administrative…etc)
• Negotiation Skills and Sourcing Strategies
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional projects
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
