Senior Procurement Specialist

We are hiring for Senior Procurement Specialist with experience in Healthcare industry who manages end-to-end purchasing, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and cost-saving initiatives to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant acquisition of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Identify potential suppliers, conduct evaluations, and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure best-value.
• Operational Purchasing: Manage the full procurement cycle, including processing purchase requisitions and tenders (RFQ, RFP, RFI).
• Supplier Relationship Management: Monitor vendor performance, address disputes, and ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual terms.
• Compliance & Policy: Develop and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Analysis & Reporting: Analyze spending, forecast needs, and prepare reports on procurement metrics and budget utilization.
• Collaboration: Work with internal departments to define specifications and meet material/service requirements.

Required Skills:

Minimum 5 to 8 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management with in UAE . (Healthcare)

Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Strong ability to negotiate favorable terms and resolve conflicts.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), ERP systems, and e-procurement software.

Ability to analyze market trends, supplier data, and complex documents.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
