Senior Product Designer

Overview

We are seeking a Product Designer with the rare mix of speed, analytical problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail. We build complex systems (CRM, ERP, SaaS, Mobile Apps), and we need a designer who can think logically, simplify complexity and reduce development effort.

• Speed + Precision: Deliver designs fast while sweating every detail.
• Analytical Design: Approach every problem like an engineer; simplify workflows, don’t complicate them.
• Accountability: Own your designs end-to-end; no passing half-baked work to developers.
• Collaboration: Partner with engineers, speak their language, and design with technical feasibility in mind.

You Must Have:

• 3 - 6+ years designing enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, SaaS, data & workflow heavy apps).
• Track record of simplifying complex problems into clean, scalable UX.
• Fast turnaround on wireframes, prototypes, and final specs.
• An eye for details most designers miss -- you catch errors before they become bugs.
• Fluency with modern design tools (Figma, etc.).
• Preferred: Technical degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering) or proven technical fluency.
