Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager with 4+ years of expertise in driving end-to-end product development, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions in AI, IoT, and hardware-software integration domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. They will work closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, and marketing teams to align product strategy with business goals and ensure the delivery of high-quality, market-ready products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development & Strategy:
• Drive the entire product lifecycle, from concept development and roadmap creation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Develop detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), aligning with business goals and user needs.
• Leverage expertise in AI (e.g., computer vision, LLMs) and IoT to guide feature development and ensure innovation.
• Cross-Functional Leadership:
• Collaborate with engineering (Mobile, AI, Backend, IoT), QA, DevOps, and hardware teams to execute product plans and meet delivery timelines.
• Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot complex technical issues and streamline cross-departmental workflows.
• Agile Management:
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Write and refine Epics and User Stories in tools like Jira to ensure clear documentation and task alignment.
• Process Optimization:
• Implement best practices for production-ready code, utilizing tools such as SonarQube for code quality, AppSeal for mobile security, and JMeter for performance testing.
• Work with DevOps to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust infrastructure and application security.
• AI & Computer Vision Expertise:
• Manage and mentor AI teams, defining project scopes, algorithms, and integrations for cloud and edge deployments.
• Ensure scalable and reliable performance for AI-driven features.
• Hardware & Software Integration:
• Develop and execute hardware testing and development plans, ensuring seamless integration with software components.
• Oversee firmware-software alignment to create cohesive product experiences.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication:
• Partner with marketing, public relations, and executive teams to plan and execute successful product launches.
• Act as a product evangelist, driving awareness and alignment across stakeholders.
• Customer-Centric Design:
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to enhance product features and improve customer satisfaction.
• Address product gaps and develop innovative solutions to stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role with expertise in AI, IoT, and hardware-software integration.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Technical proficiency in tools such as SonarQube, Postman, Swagger, and JMeter.
• Strong knowledge of Computer vision and LLM models, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, OVH).
• Exceptional leadership and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
