We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of key product initiatives at PetroApp. You will play a critical role in defining product vision, driving execution, and delivering high-impact solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.
Roles and Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for assigned product areas

Translate company objectives into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes

Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and Sales

Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities

Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment

Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories
-
Monitor product performance using KPIs and data analytics, driving optimization initiatives

Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery

Mentor and support junior product team members
Requirements-
3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, mobility, SaaS, or digital platforms

Proven track record of delivering successful digital products at scale

Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience working in agile development environments

Strong understanding of user experience and customer-centric product development

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
