We are seeking a detailed-oriented and analytical Product Marketing Executive to own, optimize, and scale our lead scoring, intent-based marketing, and pipeline analytics systems. If you're eager to grow in a dynamic environment and company that’s at the forefront of AI innovation, this is your chance to begin!

VIDIZMO is a USA-based technology company headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, and a Microsoft Solutions Partner in Data & AI, Infrastructure, and Digital & App Innovation. Offering a AI-Powered Intelligence Hub, we empower Fortune 500 companies, large enterprises, governments, and the public sector to securely manage, analyze, and govern their data with complete control and compliance.

Our Multimodal AI Data Intelligence Platform leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to deliver powerful capabilities such as auto-tagging, redaction, content summarization, OCR, translation, subtitle creation, object detection and tracking, content search, sentiment and emotion analysis, topic extraction, document classification, and facial attribute detection.

Role Overview:

This role acts as the bridge between marketing, sales, and leadership, ensuring that growth activity results in real pipeline impact. You will make judgment calls, not just execute tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Scoring & Funnel Ownership

  • Own and continuously evolve product-specific lead scoring models.
  • Ensure MQL definitions align with real sales qualification standards.
  • Optimize scoring using behavioral intent, firmographic fit, and conversion data.
  • Implement score decay, negative scoring, and lifecycle governance to maintain funnel health.

Intent-Based Demand Strategy

  • Define, track, and monitor high-intent buyer behaviors across products.
  • Build workflows that accelerate sales-ready leads and nurture mid-intent prospects.
  • Segment audiences by product interest, buyer role, and buying stage to drive relevance and conversion.

Content & Objection Intelligence

  • Translate sales call insights into actionable content strategy and website messaging.
  • Develop enablement assets that directly address buyer objections and sales friction.
  • Own the intent-based content map across products, deciding what to scale, optimize, or retire.

Traffic vs. Pipeline Analytics

  • Build and maintain separate dashboards for traffic performance and pipeline/revenue impact.
  • Regularly report on what drives leads versus what drives closed deals.
  • Challenge vanity metrics and refocus reporting on revenue-linked outcomes.

Sales & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Partner closely with Sales leadership, SDRs, and Product Marketing teams.
  • Lead weekly funnel reviews to assess performance and gaps.
  • Recommend data-driven changes to campaigns, scoring models, and messaging.

HubSpot Ownership

  • Own and manage advanced HubSpot configurations, including workflows, attribution, and lifecycle stages.
  • Implement task automation to improve sales and marketing efficiency.
  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and alignment with business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, IT, CS, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, with a focus on technology products.

Requirements:

  • 4–7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Growth-focused roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM, including advanced workflows, attribution, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical capabilities combined with sound business judgment.
  • Ability to operate independently, take ownership, and think like a revenue leader.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Comfortable making informed trade-offs based on impact, priorities, and constraints.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance metrics with real-world business context.
  • Demonstrated success aligning marketing strategy and execution with sales and revenue targets.

Essential Skills:

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong business acumen, can translate objectives into impactful solutions, and is proficient in leveraging AI tools—including mandatory use of platforms like ChatGPT—to enhance efficiency. An ownership mindset and the ability to drive outcomes with minimal task-level direction are essential.

WHY join us?
