Job Purpose

Lead the Digital Acquisition strategy and Marketing Effectiveness for customer onboarding campaigns across the segment

As a leader, You will develop the vision, roadmap, and KPI/measurement plans to drive long-term strategic vision

Establish a central digital sales framework and deploy customized solutions across various operating products and journeys
-
Working closely with internal (Marketing) & external (Agency / Partners) to drive deliver on the planned campaigns - this requires a highly data driven, commercial, digital marketing expert to manage the top of the funnel initiatives

Establish a framework for measurement for digital channel performance, including KPIs, benchmarks, and acceptable ROI.

Develop monthly and quarterly traffic and acquisition forecasts and budgets, with responsibility of delivering throughout the fiscal year
Key result Areas

Lead and Implement digital campaigns to maximize channel performance across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Programmatic etc

Driving the performance marketing strategy – ensuring it is data driven, with recommendations aligned to Retail product tribe requirements

Develop advanced analytics and optimization techniques to monitor and guide strategies and marketing campaigns to most effectively reach and connect with the desired audience, inspiring them to action.

Improve conversion rates across the top and middle of the sales funnel. Introduce new tactics to improve the effectiveness of campaigns.

Design and deliver key customer acquisition targets via PPC + Search + Referral etc. for NTB CASA acquisition and supporting products

Manage third party media/ ad-tech, martech and digital production agencies to execute and deliver best in class marketing programs

Measure and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of paid strategies

Organize results, findings and implications into presentations for search team, marketing leaders and executive management

The role will require clear thinking, assessment and planning of channel efficiency, tactical vs strategic and lay the right focus in moving the right channel strategy forward.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
-
9 – 12 Years of experience in digital sales campaign & strategies
-
Strong understanding of and successful implementation in paid, earned and owned media strategies.
-
Strong experience conducting user experience testing and solid understanding of core usability principles.
-
Proven ability to communicate complex information and gain buy-in for new ideas.

Broad digital marketing experience (comfortable across paid media, crm and google analytics)

Strong project management skills and attention-to-detail and can zoom in and out from big picture strategy to nuanced creative execution.

MBA/ Master’s Degree/Bacheclors Orin Marketing or related field. Experience in in e-commerce with focus on customer acquisition, Strategy, design, implementation etc.
