Senior Production Engineer

• Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.
• Ensures products can be manufactured reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating environments.
• Managing projects using engineering principles and techniques.
• Planning and designing new production processes.
• Producing details of specifications and outline designs.
• Utilizes research, analytical, conceptual, and planning skills effectively
• Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
• Identifies, formulates, and implements effective solutions to emerging problems.
• Evaluate the final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety.
• Managing activities including Product Development, Project Management, Food Safety & Quality Management System, Budgeting, Production Planning, Customer Support, and Cost Optimization.
• Meeting production schedules while holding production costs in check, bringing in return significant reductions and deploying process improvement strategies.
• Managing the entire Operations, conducting internal process quality audits, overseeing the maintenance of production lines, conducting tests for checking the quality of products and maintaining working standards as per requirements and standardization.
• Achieve unit's production and profitability objectives, proven competencies managing manpower, machines and materials resources to generate maximum operational efficiency as well.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plus.
• +5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
• Experience with production planning software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting
