Senior Production Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production activities for plastic injection moulding operations
• Ensure achievement of production targets with required quality and efficiency
• Monitor machine utilization, cycle time, rejection levels, and overall process performance
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to resolve production-related issues
• Drive continuous process improvements to reduce downtime, scrap, and rework
• Ensure adherence to safety norms, quality systems, and 5S practices
• Support new mould trials, process validation, and implementation of SOPs
• Prepare and maintain production MIS and performance reports

Key Requirements

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Plastic, or Production Engineering
• 5–7 years of experience in plastic injection moulding manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines, moulds, and process parameters
• Experience in shift handling and manpower management
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
