Overview:
WiSC Enterprises is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager with extensive expertise in systems engineering, agile acquisition, and lifecycle program execution. This position supports complex modernization and software development programs through full-spectrum program management, technical coordination, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as senior SETA advisor supporting systems engineering, transition planning, and acquisition documentation for large-scale modernization programs.

Facilitate engineering and technical exchange meetings (TEMs) to address development challenges and deployment timelines.

Track and maintain program schedules, budget forecasts, and milestone roadmaps aligned with capability deliveries.

Support the planning, preparation, and processing of Request for Change (RFC) documentation throughout governance and board processes.

Lead engagement with internal and external stakeholders to align modernization efforts and facilitate cross-agency communications.

Provide transition support for new hardware/software capabilities, including coordination of quarterly software deliveries to operational environments.

Develop agile artifacts to support scaled agile frameworks (SAFe), including product roadmaps and sprint documentation.

Oversee cross-functional program teams and provide strategic oversight for subcontractor performance, budgeting, and deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.

PMP Certification.

Certified Scrum Master and SAFe Agilist.

10-15 years of experience in program management, systems engineering, and acquisition support.

Deep knowledge of risk, issue, and opportunity management, as well as schedule and configuration management.

Demonstrated success in leading multi-disciplinary teams across task orders, large systems integrations, and IDIQ environments.

TS/SCI with POLY is required to start
Desired Qualifications:
- CMMI Associate and Earned Value Management experience.

Background in managing multi-customer portfolios including federal civilian and defense organizations.

Experience supporting modernization efforts, executive briefings, and cross-agency initiatives.

Familiarity with ISO and CPAR performance tracking.
